Your payment is secure
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a trusted, RBI-regulated payment gateway. We never see or store your card or UPI PIN.
Pay only for confirmed orders
If a farmer cannot fulfil your order and declines it, you are not charged โ and if you already paid, you get a full refund automatically.
Automatic refunds
When a paid order is declined or cancelled, the refund is started immediately to your original payment method. It reflects in your account within 3โ5 business days. You can track its status on your order page.
Receipt for every payment
Every paid order has a receipt with a unique Order ID (e.g. YFF-20260523-0001). Open your order and tap "View receipt" to print or save it.
Know where your order is
For home delivery you can follow your order live โ placed, confirmed, picked up, out for delivery, and delivered โ right from the order page.
Refund policy in short
- Order declined by farmer โ full refund, started automatically.
- Order cancelled before the farmer confirms โ full refund.
- Refunds go back to the method you paid with (UPI/card).
- Refunds reflect within 3โ5 business days.
- Delivery fee (if any) is cash to the rider, not part of the online refund.
