If a farmer cannot fulfil your order and declines it, you are not charged โ€” and if you already paid, you get a full refund automatically.

Automatic refunds

When a paid order is declined or cancelled, the refund is started immediately to your original payment method. It reflects in your account within 3โ€“5 business days. You can track its status on your order page.

Receipt for every payment

Every paid order has a receipt with a unique Order ID (e.g. YFF-20260523-0001). Open your order and tap "View receipt" to print or save it.

Know where your order is

For home delivery you can follow your order live โ€” placed, confirmed, picked up, out for delivery, and delivered โ€” right from the order page.

Refund policy in short

  • Order declined by farmer โ†’ full refund, started automatically.
  • Order cancelled before the farmer confirms โ†’ full refund.
  • Refunds go back to the method you paid with (UPI/card).
  • Refunds reflect within 3โ€“5 business days.
  • Delivery fee (if any) is cash to the rider, not part of the online refund.
